life... it is what it is.

I am not dumb, but I definitely believe life shouldn't be taken so seriously. I loved my youth growing up in a small town in Alabama. I've always been a free spirit and my adventurous heart moved me to California in my late teens. My life transformed when I began taking yoga classes instead of going to college (as my parents probably would've preferred.) Now, I teach others how to empower their lives through the inner peace, personal power and physical, mental and spiritual health found through yoga.
